Complete the USA Diving membership first, then choose the RecPlex option that matches how the athlete will practice with STL Diving. Monthly registration is $280/month for 8 practices at $35/session. Drop-in practice is $40/session.

Follow these three steps

Use these links before practice so the athlete is covered and registered correctly.

Required athlete coverage

Step 1: Complete USA Diving Membership

Start with the USA Diving athlete membership page. In the Athlete Memberships list, do not choose the $40 Athlete option or the $200 Competition Athlete option for normal STL Diving sign-up.

Scroll down to the two $22 introductory athlete choices and select the one that matches the diver's age:

17U Introductory Athlete$22 — for youth athletes

AQUA Age 18+ Introductory Athlete$22 — for adult athletes

Pick 17U for youth athletes. Pick AQUA Age 18+ for adult athletes. During checkout, USA Diving will ask if you want to affiliate the membership with a club — use the selections below.

If the coach dropdown shows names individually, choose either Samantha Mersnick or Peter Lucido for STL Diving.

Step 2: Choose Your RecPlex Option

After the USA Diving membership is complete, use the RecPlex activity page for monthly STL Diving registration.

Monthly registration$280/month

Use this option for recurring monthly STL Diving registration through the RecPlex activity system. It includes 8 practices per month at $35/session.

Step 3: Ask If You’re Unsure

If you are not sure whether monthly registration or drop-in practice is right for the athlete, ask before checking out. We can point you to the right RecPlex flow.

Drop-in practice$40/session

Monthly registration is $280/month for 8 practices at $35/session. Drop-in practice is $40/session and is handled separately after the USA Diving membership is complete.
