1-Meter Springboard
The foundation for many diving skills, including approach, hurdle, takeoff, body control, and clean entries.
Olympic-style springboard and platform diving in St. Louis. STL Diving helps new and experienced athletes build safe fundamentals, clean mechanics, confidence on the board, and competitive skills in a team environment.
Athletes train as one team. Coaches introduce 1-meter, 3-meter, dryland, and tower work based on age, experience, confidence, goals, and safety readiness.
The foundation for many diving skills, including approach, hurdle, takeoff, body control, and clean entries.
Introduced with coach guidance to develop timing, confidence, air awareness, and stronger takeoffs.
Used to teach body positions, shapes, spotting, strength, flexibility, and skill mechanics before taking skills to the water.
Tower/platform work may include simple coach-led drills, jumps, entries, and progressions. Skills and heights are added as the athlete is ready.

The best dives start before the athlete leaves the board. We focus on takeoff timing, body line, spotting, rip entry, and mental composure through age-appropriate progressions.
Families can expect clear communication, safe coaching progressions, and a practice environment where athletes learn at the right pace.
Intro practices help families meet the coaches, see the training environment, and find the right practice group.
